The cost of massage is like the price of anything else, it is controlled by more than one variable. If you live in Clarksburg or Fairmont the fees will be different from Elkins or Buckhannon. There is no set price for massage but the range for a massage in a studio is between $40 and $65 an hour for relaxation/therapeutic massage. Expect to pay more in day spas, when the treatment you get may involve more than a massage session. You might also get a facial, manicure, pedicure or more.
House calls are generally more expensive, too, since there is additional time involved to get to your home or office, and there are out-of-pocket travel expenses, also. If I knew of anyone else that provided regular massage house call service, I would survey them and provide you an average.
My basic charge for massage at your home is $99.00 for two hours or an average of fifty dollars an hour, and that includes the extra costs of bringing the equipment to your home, and the travel time to and from your residence or office. To give you something to compare it with, twelve years ago, I charged almost fifty per cent more to provide the same service in Montgomery County, Maryland. I think my fees are fair and appropriate for the times and for our economy in West Virginia.


In-Home Swedish Table Massage -- 45 minute traditional therapeutic/ relaxation, whole body massage. Long, gliding strokes gently relax and rejuvenate you.

In-home Seated/Chair massage -- 30 minute minute chair massage which focuses on the upper back , neck, shoulders, and lower back plus the scalp, arms, hands and fingers.

Fees

Minimum Basic Fee -- $99*       (For one, two or three people)

The massage therapy fee for coming to your home is $99.00 for two hours of massage, which can be a table massage and two seated massages; a two hour table massage; or two-one (1) hour table massages.*

If you choose to customize your session and make it longer, just tell me know beforehand so I will allow enough time at your home. The additional charge after the initial two hours is $ 49.00 per hour.

*Prepaid massage tickets validated prior to 6/2009 can be applied to the above fees or redeemed for $8.00 per ticket.
